Perfect for 2 Small Families
The condo was super convenient and right in the middle of everything there at the base of the resort. Would be a dream for ski season. Even in the summer there was plenty going on. Not too crowded. Not too loud at night. We slept with the windows open and the temp was perfect. Parking is close by in a covered lot or you can park in the lot across the street too (or at least we did and didn't have any issues). Great place!

Convenient, comfortable, right on the lift
The condo was comfortable with nice beds and furniture to relax on after a long day skiing. I also liked the fireplace and kitchen. The best part to me was it being right at the Park City Pay Day base. You walk out the back door literally into the plaza where the lift, shops, restaurants, ticket window and rental shops are all located. There is nothing like skiing all day and walking right into your condo.

Perfect property for a ski vacation with family
My husband and 2 teen children had not been to Park City before and were not sure whether we should stay at the resort base or in town. We decided to stay at this condo at the base and are so glad we did. The property is a one minute walk from everything we needed for skiing. It was just a short bus ride into town for dinner. The condo was roomy for a family of 4 and could have fit more. The bonus was 2 beds in the separate bedroom so that my kids didn't have to share. The property was clean, in great shape, and the owners provided wonderful information about renting skiis, arranging transportation, getting groceries and where to eat. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Park City.
